Wij hebben twee fantastische activiteiten geselecteerd om dit proces te faciliteren: een Wim Hof methode ijsbad en een trancereis volgens de lakota traditie gebracht!

We beginnen de middag met een Wim Hof methode ijsbad.
De wim hof methode is ontwikkeld door de iceman wim hof en combineert de krachten van koude training, ademhaling en mindset/focus.
Om het lichaam op te warmen en ons mentaal voor te bereiden doen we een paar rondes ademhalingsoefeningen, een wonderlijke ervaring, waarvan the iceman himself zegt: get high on your own supply. Daarna zijn we klaar voor de ultieme powerboost: het ijsbad.
Adem in, adem uit, geef je over aan de kou, houd een scherpe geest en als je eruit stapt voel je je als herboren. Hierna zweef en dans je fris, helder, in totale ontspanning en vol vertrouwen richting onze dome voor de trancereis.

Het tweede deel van de middag bestaat uit een soundhealing / trancereis door de Dreamscape.
De dome is lekker warm gestookt zodat je je helemaal kunt overgeven aan de klanken van Mattijs Snoeii. Mattijs brengt een trancereis volgens de Lakota traditie, met als voorbereiding een klank healing, waardoor het lichaam en de geest nog meer tot rust komen. De trillingen van de klankschalen en alle andere resonerende instrumenten raken het lichaam, waardoor de focus naar binnen keert. Het ritme van onder andere de drum zorgen voor een diepe stilte, gevestigd in jezelf, een moment van even helemaal niks.
In deze rust zal Mattijs je reis begeleiden naar je dromen, je plannen en je intenties voor het nieuwe rondje om de zon.

Na de trancereis zullen de sauna’s open zijn om heerlijk na te genieten.

The second part of the afternoon consists of a sound healing / trance journey by the dreamscape.
The dome is heated nice and warm so that you can completely surrender to the sounds of Mattijs Snoeii. Mattijs brings a trance journey according to the Lakota tradition, with a sound healing as preparation, which relaxes the body and mind even more. The vibrations of the singing bowls and all other resonating instruments is felt in the body, turning the focus inward. The rhythm of the drum, among other instruments, creates a deep silence, established within yourself, a moment of nothingness.
In this peace, Mattijs will guide your journey towards your dreams, your plans and your intentions for the new journey around the sun.

After the trance journey, the saunas will be open for you to enjoy.
